Headache & Hormone Specialists

Because migraine disproportionately affects women, we created the Headache and Hormone Clinic, the first of its kind in the country, to address the important role hormones play in menstrual migraine and hormonal milestones like perimenopause and menopause.

Rapid changes in estrogen with menstruation, ovulation, the postpartum period and perimenopause may contribute to the severity and frequency of headaches.
